And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood. |
무죄한 피 곧 자기 아들딸들의 피를 흘리고 가나안의 우상들에게 그들을 희생물로 드려 그 땅을 피로 더럽혔도다. |

Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions. |
이와 같이 그들이 자기들의 행위들로 더러워지고 자기들이 창안한 것들과 더불어 음행의 길을 갔도다. |

Therefore was the wrath of the LORD kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance. |
그러므로 주의 진노가 자신의 백성을 향해 타오르니 그분께서 친히 자신의 상속 백성을 몹시 싫어하사 |

And he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and they that hated them ruled over them. |
그들을 이교도들의 손에 넘겨주시매 그들을 미워한 자들이 그들을 다스렸고 |

Their enemies also oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their hand. |
그들의 원수들도 그들을 학대하니 그들이 저들의 손 밑에 굴복하게 되었도다. |

Nevertheless he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry: |
그럼에도 불구하고 그분께서 그들의 부르짖음을 들으실 때에 그들의 고난에 주목하시며 |

And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies. |
그들을 위하여 자신의 언약을 기억하시고 자신의 많은 긍휼에 따라 뜻을 돌이키시며 |

He made them also to be pitied of all those that carried them captives. |
또 그들로 하여금 그들을 포로로 끌어간 모든 자들에게 불쌍히 여겨지게 하셨도다. |

|
Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from among the heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph in thy praise. |
오 주 우리 하나님이여, 우리를 구원하시고 이교도들 가운데서 우리를 모으사 주의 거룩한 이름에 감사를 드리며 주 찬양하는 일을 기뻐하게 하소서. |
