그때에 우리 입에는 웃음이 가득하고 우리 혀에는 노래가 가득하였도다. 그때에 이교도들 가운데 거하는 자들이 이르기를, 주께서 그들을 위하여 큰일들을 행하셨다, 하였도다. |

(솔로몬을 위한 시, 위로 올라가는 노래) 주께서 집을 세우지 아니하시면 그것을 세우는 자들의 수고가 헛되며 주께서 도시를 지키지 아니하시면 파수꾼의 깨어 있음이 헛되도다. |

너희가 일찍 일어나고 늦도록 앉아 있으며 고통의 빵을 먹음이 헛되도다. 이처럼 그분께서 자신이 사랑하는 자에게 잠을 주시는도다. |
