¶ Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. |
¶ 사악한 자들의 행로로 들어가지 말고 악한 자들의 길로 다니지 말지어다. |

Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away. |
그것을 피하고 그 곁으로 지나가지 말며 거기서 돌이켜 떠나갈지어다. |

For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall. |
그들은 해악을 행하지 아니하면 자지 못하고 누군가를 넘어뜨리지 못하면 잠들지 못하며 |

For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence. |
사악함의 빵을 먹고 폭력의 포도주를 마시느니라. |

The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble. |
사악한 자들의 길은 어둠 같아서 그들은 무엇에 걸려 넘어지는지도 알지 못하느니라. |

¶ My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. |
¶ 내 아들아, 내 말들에 주의를 기울이며 내가 말하는 것에 네 귀를 기울이라. |

Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. |
그것들을 네 눈에서 떠나게 하지 말며 네 마음 한가운데 간직하라. |

For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. |
그것들은 그것들을 찾는 자들에게 생명이 되며 그들 모두의 육체에 건강이 되느니라. |

¶ Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. |
¶ 열심을 다하여 네 마음을 지키라. 생명의 근원이 거기에서 나오느니라. |
