As snow in summer, and as rain in harvest, so honour is not seemly for a fool. |
어리석은 자에게는 명예가 어울리지 아니하니 그것은 마치 여름의 눈 같고 수확 때의 비 같으니라. |

말에게는 채찍이요, 나귀에게는 재갈이며 어리석은 자의 등에는 회초리니라. |

어리석은 자의 어리석은 것을 따라서 그에게 대답하지 말라. 너도 그와 같을까 염려하노라. |

가시나무가 술 취한 자의 손으로 들어가는 것처럼 어리석은 자들의 입의 비유도 그러하니라. |

모든 것을 조성하신 위대한 하나님은 어리석은 자에게도 보응하시고 범법자들에게도 보응하시느니라. |
