My soul is weary of my life; I will leave my complaint upon myself; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul. |
내 혼이 살기에 지쳤으니 내가 내 원통함을 내 위에 두고 내 혼이 쓰라린 가운데 말하리라. |

I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me. |
내가 하나님께 아뢰며, 나를 정죄하지 마소서, 하리라. 어찌하여 주께서 나와 다투시는지 내게 보여 주소서. |

|
Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked? |
주께서 학대하시는 것과 주의 손으로 지으신 것을 멸시하시고 사악한 자의 계략 위에 빛을 비추어 주시는 것이 주께 선한 일이니이까? |

|
Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth? |
주께서 육신의 눈을 가지셨나이까? 주께서 사람이 보는 것처럼 보시나이까? |

|
Are thy days as the days of man? are thy years as man's days, |
주의 날들이 사람의 날들과 같나이까? 주의 연수들이 사람의 날들과 같으므로 |

|
That thou enquirest after mine iniquity, and searchest after my sin? |
주께서 내 불법을 조사하시고 내 죄를 찾아내시나이까? |

| 욥 10:7 |
|
Thou knowest that I am not wicked; and there is none that can deliver out of thine hand. |
주께서는 내가 사악하지 아니한 줄 아시나이다. 주의 손에서 건져 낼 자가 아무도 없나이다. |

|
Thine hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet thou dost destroy me. |
주께서 주의 손으로 나를 만드시고 사방으로 내 전체를 빚으셨으되 이제는 나를 멸하시나이다. |

|
Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again? |
간청하오니 기억하옵소서. 주께서 나를 진흙처럼 만드셨거늘 다시 흙으로 데려가려 하시나이까? |

|
Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese? |
주께서 나를 젖같이 쏟으셨으며 치즈처럼 엉기게 하지 아니하셨나이까? |

|
Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews. |
주께서 나를 살갗과 살로 입히시고 뼈와 힘줄로 내게 울타리를 치셨으며 |

|
Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit. |
생명과 호의를 내게 베푸시고 주의 돌보심으로 내 영을 보존하셨나이다. |

|
And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is with thee. |
주께서 이것들을 주의 마음속에 숨기셨사온즉 이 일이 주께 있는 줄 내가 아나이다. |

|
If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity. |
내가 죄를 지으면 주께서 나를 주목하시고 내 불법을 사면하지 아니하시리이다. |

|
If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction; |
내가 사악하면 내게 화가 있을 것이오며 내가 의로울지라도 내 머리를 들지 아니하리이다. 나는 혼란으로 가득하오니 그런즉 주께서는 내 고난을 보소서. |

|
For it increaseth. Thou huntest me as a fierce lion: and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me. |
그것이 늘고 있나이다. 주께서 사나운 사자처럼 나를 사냥하시다가 주의 놀라우심을 내게 다시 보여 주시나이다. |

|
Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me; changes and war are against me. |
주께서 주의 증인들을 새로이 세우사 나를 치시며 나를 향하여 주의 격노를 더하시니 변화와 싸움이 나를 치나이다. |

| 욥 10:18 |
|
Wherefore then hast thou brought me forth out of the womb? Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me! |
그런즉 어찌하여 주께서 나를 태에서 나오게 하셨나이까? 오 내가 숨을 거두어 아무 눈에도 보이지 아니하였더라면 얼마나 좋았을까! |

|
I should have been as though I had not been; I should have been carried from the womb to the grave. |
내가 있지 아니한 것처럼 되었어야 마땅하며 태에서 무덤으로 옮겨졌어야 마땅하였나이다. |

|
Are not my days few? cease then, and let me alone, that I may take comfort a little, |
내 날들은 그 수가 적지 아니하니이까? 그런즉 이제 그치시고 나를 내버려 두사 내가 잠시나마 위로를 얻게 하시되 |

|
Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the shadow of death; |
내가 돌아오지 못할 곳 즉 어둠과 사망의 그늘진 땅으로 가기 전에 그리하소서. |
# |
| 욥 10:22 |
|
A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness. |
어둠의 땅은 어둠 그 자체와 같으며 사망의 그늘진 땅은 어떤 질서도 없고 거기서는 빛이 어둠 같으니이다, 하니라. |
