So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes. |
욥이 자신의 눈에 의로웠으므로 이에 이 세 사람이 그에게 응답하기를 그치니라. |

Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God. |
그때에 람의 친족 중에서 부스 사람 바라겔의 아들 엘리후의 진노가 타올랐는데 욥을 향하여 그의 진노가 타오른 것은 그가 하나님보다 도리어 자기를 의롭다 하였기 때문이요, |

Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job. |
또 그의 세 친구를 향하여 그의 진노가 타오른 것은 그들이 대답을 찾지도 못한 채 욥을 정죄하였기 때문이라. |

|
Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken, because they were elder than he. |
이제 엘리후는 그들이 자기보다 나이가 많으므로 욥이 말할 때까지 기다리다가 |

|
When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, then his wrath was kindled. |
이 세 사람의 입에서 응답이 없음을 보고 그때에 그의 진노가 타오르니라. |

|
And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew you mine opinion. |
부스 사람 바라겔의 아들 엘리후가 응답하여 이르되, 나는 젊고 당신들은 매우 늙었으므로 내가 두려워서 내 의견을 감히 당신들에게 보이지 못하였노라. |

|
I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom. |
내가 이르기를, 날수가 말할 것이요, 많은 연수가 지혜를 가르치리라, 하였노라. |

|
But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. |
그러나 사람 안에는 영이 있고 전능자의 영감이 그들에게 명철을 주나니 |

|
Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment. |
위대한 자들이라고 늘 지혜롭지 아니하며 나이 든 자들이라고 판단의 공의를 깨닫지 아니하느니라. |

|
Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion. |
그러므로 내가 이르기를, 내게 귀를 기울이라, 하였나니 나도 내 의견을 보이리라. |

|
Behold, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say. |
보라, 나는 당신들의 말을 기다렸노니 당신들이 할 말을 찾았을 때에 내가 당신들의 변론에 귀를 기울였노라. |

|
Yea, I attended unto you, and, behold, there was none of you that convinced Job, or that answered his words: |
참으로 내가 당신들에게 주목하였으나, 보라, 당신들 중의 아무도 욥을 설득하거나 그의 말에 대답하지 못하였도다. |

| 욥 32:13 |
|
Lest ye should say, We have found out wisdom: God thrusteth him down, not man. |
당신들은 삼가 이르기를, 우리가 우리의 지혜를 발견하였는데 그를 몰아내는 이는 하나님이시요, 사람이 아니라, 하지 말라. |

| 욥 32:14 |
|
Now he hath not directed his words against me: neither will I answer him with your speeches. |
이제 그가 자기의 말을 내게로 향하게 하지 아니하였으니 나도 당신들의 말로 그에게 응답하지 아니하리라. |

|
They were amazed, they answered no more: they left off speaking. |
그들이 놀라서 더 이상 응답하지 아니하며 말하기를 그만두었도다. |

|
When I had waited, (for they spake not, but stood still, and answered no more;) |
(그들이 말하지 아니하고 가만히 서서 더 이상 답변하지 아니하므로) 내가 기다리다가 |

|
I said, I will answer also my part, I also will shew mine opinion. |
이르되, 나도 내 몫의 말로 대답하고 나도 내 의견을 보이리라, 하였나니 |

|
For I am full of matter, the spirit within me constraineth me. |
내게는 말할 내용이 가득하며 내 안에 있는 영이 나를 강권하는도다. |

| 욥 32:19 |
|
Behold, my belly is as wine which hath no vent; it is ready to burst like new bottles. |
보라, 내 배는 구멍 없는 포도즙 통 같으며 새 부대 같이 터지려 하는도다. |

| 욥 32:20 |
|
I will speak, that I may be refreshed: I will open my lips and answer. |
내가 말을 하여야 시원할 터인즉 내 입술을 열어 응답하리라. |

| 욥 32:21 |
|
Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. |
청하건대 내가 어떤 사람의 외모를 용납하지 말게 하며 사람에게 아첨하는 호칭을 붙이지 말게 할지니 |

| 욥 32:22 |
|
For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away. |
나는 아첨하는 호칭 붙이는 것을 알지 못하느니라. 그리하면 나를 만드신 분께서 나를 속히 데려가시리로다. |
