When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me. |
내 영이 내 속에서 짓눌릴 그때에 주께서 내 길을 아셨나이다. 그들이 나를 잡으려고 내가 다니는 길에 몰래 올무를 놓았나이다. |

I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul. |
내가 나의 오른쪽을 바라보고 살펴보았으나 나를 알려 하는 자가 없었나이다. 내게는 피난처가 없으며 내 혼을 돌보는 자도 없었나이다. |

I cried unto thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living. |
오 주여, 내가 주께 부르짖으며 말하기를, 주는 나의 피난처시요, 산 자들의 땅에서 나의 몫이니이다, 하였나이다. |

Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I. |
